The property is situated in a way that gets wonderful “all day” sun exposure both in the winter and in the summer. The property is also just a short walk to the proposed on-mountain private restaurant /clubhouse for Colony owners and guests, which has been designed and approved by the Homeowner’s Association.

SKI ACCESS MAP
Ski Access for 238 White Pine Canyon is accessed off of the Quicksilver Gondola, which is the connector between the Park City and Canyon’s ski terrain. To ski home you will unload at the angle station of the Quicksilver Gondola and ski down “The Highway”, which is a moderate blue ski run leading directly to the property. When skiing out of the property you can ski directly to Quicksilver Gondola, Dreamcatcher chairlift, Iron chairlift, and the Timberline and Tombstone chairlifts. Having so many different options for ski access is rare and offers great opportunities for all levels of skiers.
